GMAT Score Calculator
Updated January 06, 2010
GMAT score are calculated by combining the grades from the GMAT Verbal and Quant sections of the test. The 2 values are scaled and added together for a total score between 200 (lowest) and 800 (highest).
The GMAT Analytical Writing Assessment section does not contribute.
Example
Let’s say you got 40/60 on quant (the mean score over the past 3 years has been 35.6/60) and 45/60 on verbal (the mean over the past 3 years has been 27.8/60). Your total score would be (40/60 + 45/60)/2 * 600 + 200 = 625.
